It was close to food & coffee shops as well as close to where we needed to go. The hotel was clean, elevators & ac worked, & staff were friendly.

I'm a hotel snob since I discovered Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. They have always been my favorite brand. They are always clean, well appointed, peaceful and comfortable, especially those awsome beds! The best bang for the buck.

over all it was pleasant. I do not expect a party atmosphere, but a hello would be appreciated. Desk clerks seem so preoccupied with office work that all I got was a yes. then I proceed with, I have a reservation . a hello, how can I help you would be nice..

great location, close to a lot of places we would need if staying longer (Walmart, gas stations, freeway, restaurants), clean, friendly staff offered to sign me up for membership and explained benefits (I signed up!), will do Tacos Barbon next time we're there, cleaniness

It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant there was really good. We liked that maid service was by request. We didn't need our room cleaned every day, we just needed clean towels. The maid was very accommodating in getting us clean towels every day.

The location was perfect for my business trip. The rooms were very large and comfortable. I liked the extra perks in the room and free Wi-Fi. The business center although I did not use it, I was glad it was there as a backup. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with my requests. A pleasure to work with.

The staff person Kim was GREAT!! She is always so helpful when we stay there! She is one of the reasons we come back there!

The suite was wonderful! Loved Kimberly as she was there to check us in! She made sure our stay was great! Give her 10 stars!! The blinds kept the light out much better! We liked it we made reservations for our return trip.
